All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is only confirmed when the Platform generates a unique bet reference number and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Account Balance. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on markets suspended due to a technical error, obvious pricing error, or integrity concern.
In the event of an obvious error in the odds, line, or spread offered on any market — whether due to a human error, data feed error, or technical malfunction — the Company reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. The Company will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.
In-play markets operate with short acceptance windows due to the speed at which events unfold. The Company may void in-play bets where live data confirms that the event has already reached a material milestone (e.g., a goal, red card, or game-deciding point) prior to or simultaneous with bet placement, regardless of what the live feed displayed at the time of submission.
All casino games available on 99ply — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party laboratories. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires the Player to place total qualifying bets of RM1,000 before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, individual bet stakes are capped. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the maximum single bet when using Bonus Funds is RM500 per bet. Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings accrued from those funds.
Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. The standard contribution rates are:
Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire as specified in each promotion's individual terms — commonly within 7, 14, or 30 calendar days of activation. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from those funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
The Company actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account claiming, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play, and other forms of systematic exploitation. Where abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void affected bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects or confirms a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is confirmed, the Company will process any pending withdrawal of your Real Money Balance, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any Bonus Funds requiring forfeiture review.
Upon Account closure, all unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned to your Balance for withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds and winnings solely generated from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited at the point of closure unless the Company determines otherwise in writing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99ply holds its gaming licence.
